We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of infants. If you're committed to providing exceptional care and education, we want you to be part of our community.
About the Role:
As one of the Lead Educators in our Infant Room, you will work closely with other experienced educators in a nurturing environment for children aged 0-2 years. You will support the development and growth of up to 12 babies in a warm and engaging space that allows for exploration and learning.
Our Infant Space:
Licensed for 12 babies and a separate toddler room licensed for 8 toddlers.
Indoor/outdoor environments encouraging natural play and exploration.
Paper-based programmes and documentation, no Apps.
Focus on individual care and attention for each child.

What We're Looking For:
A passionate educator with a strong commitment to the early years.
Ability to work effectively within a team of like-minded professionals.
Experience or strong interest in working with infants aged 0-2 years.
Dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment.
