About the Role

We’re seeking enthusiastic and experienced educators who are ready to take on either an Educator or Lead Educator position in our vibrant centre.

You’ll:

Create and deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF

Foster genuine connections with children, families, and teammates

Lead or support your room with a focus on quality, curiosity, and care

Mentor team members (Lead Educator role) and support continuous improvement

Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Willingness to study a qualification – we can support you with this

For Lead roles: previous lead educator experience in early childhood education

Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and NQF

Positive energy, strong communication, and a love for what you do

Valid Blue Card and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
