About the role
As a Program Officer - Fellowship Support Program (FSP), you will provide administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of the fast paced and rapidly growing GP training programs. Reporting to the Team Lead – FSP, you will manage registrar case support, coordinate training activities, maintain program databases, and facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of GP training and compliance with policies.

As our Program Officer - FSP, you'll also:
- provide high level customer service to a cohort of FSP registrars and coordinate their training activities with medical educators and operational staff.
- monitor program databases to track registrar progress and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
- serve as the primary point of contact for registrar-related inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
- foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in administration within complex organisations.
- Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
