As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our tight-knit team.

About the Role:

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling direct-to-consumer high-end expedition cruises to all parts of the world including Europe, The Poles, the South Pacific, South America, Asia and the Kimberley.

This is an autonomous, remote role that requires a proactive and motivated professional with a strong background in luxury travel sales. You will work closely with our clients to craft their dream voyage, offering expert advice and a personalised approach.

Love selling but hate admin? Our sales people can focus on selling dream voyages while our logistics team focus on the back end admin. No flights, no manifests.

Unlike some agencies who promise the world and you are stuck behind a desk all year, experiencing the product firsthand will be inevitable when working with us. So a passion for adventure and exploration is essential!

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with high-net-worth clients to curate tailor-made expedition experiences.

Proactively manage inquiry & convert leads into bookings through exceptional service

Develop a deep understanding of luxury expedition cruise brands and their offerings

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals

Work autonomously in fully remote environment while staying connected to the team

Stay up to date with expedition cruise itineraries, logistics, and seasonal changes

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless booking and customer satisfaction

About You:

Previous experience in luxury travel sales will be highly regarded

Proven ability to sell high-ticket experiences to discerning clients ideal

Applicants with Hubspot experience will be highly regarded

Experience working autonomously & remotely with strong self-motivation.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach

Passion for expedition cruising, adventure travel and the polar regions

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client bookings

Team-oriented mindset. Thrives in a tight-knit, collaborative crew
