The College is currently seeking a positive and supportive Boarding Residence Supervisor to join our team to supervise our Girls Boarding Residences.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

Previous experience in working with and relating to young people

Working with Children Check

Computer skills in office applications and ability to work in a team environment

First Aid Certified

Drivers License (LR or HR highly regarded)

Have a willingness to support the Catholic Ethos of the College, its Marist and Mercy Charism and the Vision of Red Bend Catholic College (please see www. redbendcc.nsw.edu.au)

Be prepared to follow the College’s administrative practices and policies.

Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Tasks & responsibilities

The Residence Supervisor is expected to care pastorally for the boarders and to foster an environment within the Boarding House that is safe and secure.

Overnight and weekend supervision of secondary boarding students including supervision of study, meals, extra curricular activities, sport and general wellbeing.

Applicants will be required to have NSW Working with Children Check. Red Bend Catholic College is committed to child safety through the Marist Schools Australia Child Safeguarding Standards.

Successful applicants will be required to demonstrate a willingness to support the Marist and Mercy traditions of the College.
