The Opportunity
We are seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic, and experienced speech pathology clinical educator to join our team as Clinical Supervisor (Speech Pathology). In this pivotal role, you will support and enhance student training and client services within the University’s Speech Pathology Clinic, a key component of the School’s broader UniClinic. You will provide clinical supervision to speech pathology students, ensuring adherence to best-practice guidelines in client care, and contribute to research activities where relevant. Working collaboratively with fellow clinical supervisors and academic staff, you will help shape and guide initiatives that strengthen the clinic’s impact.

About You
The successful candidate will hold a recognised degree qualification in Speech Pathology and maintain Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status with Speech Pathology Australia, you will bring extensive clinical experience in assessing and managing communication and/or swallowing disorders in adults and/or children, your commitment to supervision excellence will be evident through your ability to contribute to continuing education for clinicians, you will demonstrate effective leadership, initiative, and high-level problem-solving skills within a collaborative team environment and have exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, along with strong administrative and organisational capabilities in a speech pathology clinic or service.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 7 $49,681 to $53,586 p.a. (comprising Salary of $41,981 to $45,281 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
