Elizabeth Andrews Catering is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Dispatch Assistant to join our Packing Team in our West Melbourne CBD kitchen.

This hands-on role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of our corporate catering orders. You'll work closely with our dispatch drivers and kitchen departments to fulfil daily orders with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack orders for delivery runs based on order sheets

Collect items from department fridges and ensure they match orders

Check off each item during packing to maintain accuracy

Keep the dispatch area clean, stocked, and ready for the next day

Assist with restocking and general dispatch organisation

Occasionally assist with deliveries as a backup driver (when required)

About You

High attention to detail with a methodical approach

Organised, physically fit, and able to work on your feet

Team player with strong communication skills

Able to work efficiently under time pressure

Valid driver’s license

Punctual, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job well
