Lofte provides a wide range of operational and commercial services within the maritime sector, and we are currently expanding our stevedoring operations teams in a range of ports across Australia.

Lofte Australia is seeking proactive, and experienced Crane Drivers to join our expanding stevedoring operation.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and efficiently load and unload cargo from vessels in accordance with industry regulations.

Ensure timely, accurate handling of bulk, general, and project cargo across various ports.

Collaborate closely with the clients, service providers and operations teams to maintain consistent results in port operations.

Actively monitor cargo operations to identify potential challenges or inefficiencies.

Always comply with all safety procedures and industry regulations.

Support the implementation of new processes and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Essential Criteria:

2+ years' crane driving experience. Ships crane experience preferred.

2+ years’ experience in maritime, stevedoring or port operations.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and cargo handling techniques.

Previous experience with bulk, general, and project cargo operations.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Willingness to travel for operational needs as required.

Lofte has a growing national footprint, and this position is available in Fremantle Western Australia.
