About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Casual or Part-Time Salesperson to join the team in Dandenong. This role requires a bubbly personality, strong selling skills, and the ability to physically handle bulky products like mattresses and lounges. You'll be working rotating shifts including every second weekend, with days typically spread across Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service with a consultative sales approach

Meet and exceed KPIs and budget targets to earn commissions

Assist customers in selecting the right bedding and lounge products to suit their needs

Physically handle, lift, and maneuver bulky items on the shop floor

Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards

Be flexible with working hours, including rotating weekends and variable shift lengths (4 hours to full-day shifts)
