About you:

You're an experienced Room Leader or a dedicated Assistant Educator ready to make a difference.

You have the ability to implement a dynamic indoor / outdoor program

You embrace and implement the Child Safe Standards in all that you do

You build strong, warm relationships with children and families.

You’re confident with programming, documentation, the EYLF and reflective practice (Room Leader role).

You love being part of a collaborative, inclusive team.

You value community engagement and want to be part of a centre that connects beyond the walls.
