We're Hiring: Retail & Barista Team Member – Full-Time or Part-Time

📍 Cafe Gumly & Bottlemart – 3862 Sturt Highway, Gumly Gumly

Are you passionate about customer service, sales, and being part of a family-like team? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable team member to join Café Gumly and Bottlemart.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone friendly, approachable, and always ready to serve customers with a smile.

A great communicator who enjoys chatting with locals and building rapport.

Ideally, previous barista experience – but if you’re a quick learner with the right attitude, we’re happy to train you!

Someone with a strong work ethic who shows up ready to give their best every single day.

Available to work evening shifts and become part of our close-knit community.

Your Main Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service at both Café Gumly (serving quality coffee) and Bottlemart (retail liquor sales).

Handle sales of beer, wine, spirits, and other alcoholic beverages.

Make great coffee and serve food with care and attention to detail.

Stock and replenish shelves in the bottle shop as needed.

Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized work environment.

Work as part of a supportive, team-focused culture where your input is valued.

Requirements:

RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol) – required for liquor sales.

Availability for evening shifts (we’ll discuss exact times in the interview).

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
