Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, responsibilities of the Senior Financial Reporting Manager will include:

• Lead the half-year and year-end reporting process to meet external and internal financial reporting requirements
• Manage the preparation of monthly financial statements while ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Drive a critical review of external reporting packs that encompasses analysis of acquisitions, investments and Group performance
• Actively manage and coach the development of a small team

Your Skills

• CPA/CA qualifications with a Big 4 firm Audit background (either to Senior/Assistant Manager/Manager) before transitioning into commerce in Financial Reporting - ideally in a large business environment
• Proven capability to present complex financial information to Board/Executive level
• Demonstrated previous experience managing direct reports
• Highly adaptable to operate effectively in a dynamic business setting
