About the Role:

We are representing a distinguished client in the consumer goods industry, renowned for their innovative processes and strong market presence. Led by an impressive CEO and CFO, our client is embarking on an exciting transformation journey and is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Commercial Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in steering strategic growth and managing key business facets including category management, revenue growth, and supply chain operations. You will oversee a small team of Finance Business Partners, ensuring that business goals are met and operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue growth strategies to enhance market performance.
• Oversee category development initiatives to optimize the product range.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of two Finance Business Partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and alignment.
• Analyse market trends to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.

• Strong experience in a commercial sales role within FMCG.
• Strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of category, revenue growth and supply chain finance partnering.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong financial skills to support strategic decisions.
