🔧 What You’ll Do

Manage roofing and cladding projects from planning to delivery

Collaborate with the internal scheduler on timelines and crew schedules

Measure and order materials accurately, reducing site wastage

Monitor job progress using TRAK software and daily updates

Lead and support site teams, apprentices, and new hires

Conduct quality inspections and run toolbox meetings

Be the key contact for clients and builders

Ensure safety, compliance, and clean documentation

Recommend new tools and process improvements

👤 What We’re Looking For

Cert III in Roof Plumbing, White Card & Working at Heights

5–10 years on the tools in roofing/cladding

Project management experience or training

A strong communicator and confident team leader

Detail-focused, reliable, and tech-savvy

Proactive – always seeking ways to improve and lead change

Autonomous – works independently with full accountability
