Salary: $60,000 per year + superannuation

As a key member of our team, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and provide exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Effectively manage a portfolio of residential properties

Oversee end-to-end property management tasks, ensuring smooth operations

Build and maintain strong relationships with both landlords and tenants

Resolve tenant issues promptly and ensure properties are well-maintained

Keep accurate records and meet all legal and compliance requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in residential property management

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

A thorough understanding of residential tenancy legislation and best practices in property management

Proficiency with property management software

A positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach to problem-solving

QLD Certificate of Registration and QLD drivers’ licence

Use of a reliable vehicle
