About the Role

Full time (35 hours/week)

Ongoing Position

The Team Leader, Assets. This role will assist the Manager, Maintenace Services in the day-to-day operations involved in managing the Asset Services Operations team to ensure Link Wentworth provides a superior maintenance service whilst meeting all budgetary and customer service expectations.

In this role you can expect to be involved in things like:

Provide guidance and leadership to the team ensuring they deliver high quality services aligned with the Maintenance Supervisor’s KPIs.

Ensure key financial and service delivery performance deliverables are met including but not limited to vacant turnarounds, pre and post inspections

Regularly monitor implementation of mitigating actions to achieve financial goals in line with regional/hub approved budgets

Actively promoting a safe and healthy work environment for staff, tenants, and contractors, ensuring compliance with applicable WHS legislation, policies and procedures.

Manage staff, including day to day support, direction, and mentoring, holding regular team meetings and encouraging and acting on feedback.

Where required help inform the design of planned programmes

Operate with a solid understanding of the LAHC Asset Management Framework and Basic Provision Standards (LAHC and/or Link Wentworth).

Provide relevant compliance reporting to support achievement of registration/accreditation.

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A tertiary trade qualification or relevant discipline

Qualification in Project Management (Desirable)

Problem solving approach and advanced technical troubleshooting skills

Team management experience

Advanced stakeholder management skills

You will also need to have…

A valid National Police Check (less than six (6) months old) to the satisfaction of Link Wentworth, to be renewed every five (5) years or more frequently as reasonably required by Link Wentworth

Willingness to comply with vaccination requirements imposed by Link Wentworth, including COVID-19 and other vaccinations, as determined by the organisation in accordance with current Government health advice, mandates, or directions

Willingness to travel between Link Wentworth offices in metropolitan Sydney

A current driver’s licence valid in the state of NSW
