Sapphire Coast Autos has locations in Nowra, Batemans Bay, Moruya Airport, Merimbula Airport & The Snowy Mountains.

What is this role all about?

We require a motivated Customer Service Representative to work at our Cooma location.

The role is responsible for:

Creating a pleasant customer experience by greeting and engaging our valued customers

Completing rental and return transactions accurately

Providing information regarding the rental

Selling Hertz rental options to our valued customers

Resolving complaints and ensure overall customer satisfaction

Being involved in reservations of rental vehicles and the associated requirements

Cleaning vehicles to a high standard

Being able to work as part of a high performing team

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and have a flair for sales

Previous experience in retail or sales fields with the ability to assist customers with rental agreements.

Monitor and organise the vehicle fleet on a daily basis.

Sound keyboard skills essential

A flexible approach to working hours, and availability to work every second weekend.

You must hold a full and current driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Being willing & able to assist in vehicle detailing as required.
