About the Client:

Our client is a WA-based mining services company providing flexible and scalable contract mining solutions. With a modern fleet and experienced team, they deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective support across various commodities and operations.

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Mining Supervisor to join our esteemed client's team, based on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise daily mining activities on site

Lead and support the work crew to meet production targets

Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently

Monitor and report on progress and performance

Enforce compliance with safety regulations and site procedures

Coordinate use of heavy mining equipment

Promote a positive and productive team environment

Skills and Experience:

Previous supervisory experience in the mining industry

Strong knowledge of Mines Safety Act and Regulations

Experience operating heavy earthmoving equipment

Good time management and organisational skills

Ability to lead, mentor and develop teams

Schedule 26 or commitment to obtain by March 2026

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and ability to pass pre-employment checks
