The Role:
Under the guidance of the People Experience Coordinator, you will contribute to the recruitment, selection, hiring and onboarding our Nurses and Caregivers to deliver Premium care to our clients

You have at least two years experience in Community Services. Working in the care industry will be highly regarded.
You have great communication skills and are flexible and adaptable to meet our business needs.
You're a self-led team member who takes responsibility for their role but is also open to coaching. You're reliable, committed, and have a can-do attitude.
You have the required documentation (National Police Check, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker modules, First Aid/CPR, and your qualifications).
Job Responsibilities
Reporting to the People Experience Coordinator, you'll be working as part of a vital team to ensure that we are delivering on our promise of Making Lives Better ®
You'll work Monday and Friday during Business hours.
You'll need to be comfortable in a busy, dynamic environment and be ready to adjust your tasks based on business needs, which may include:
Following the Nurse Next Door people system to support all aspects of recruitment to ensure we are building a solid people pipeline for our growing business
Maintains accurate and timely records about potential candidates
Monitors and actions job postings through recruitment portals and websites
Moving candidates through the recruitment pipeline within required timeframes
Contributes to all aspects of recruitment including phone screening, group and individual interviews, reference checks, and collating and validating documentation
Leading onboarding and induction processes to ensure Nurses and Caregivers are trained and confident in the use of Nurse Next Door systems
Working independently and in teams
Using effective communication skills
Having strong computer skills, proficiency in G-Suite strongly regarded
