We’re looking for a reliable Truck Driver and Farm All-Rounder to help with the transport and production side of our grain-growing operation. This is more than just a truck driving job – it’s a chance to be part of a small, close-knit team, working across all aspects of our farm.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for transporting grain, operating farm machinery, assisting with sowing and fertilising, and helping keep our equipment running smoothly. Key Duties

Drive and operate heavy vehicles for grain transport (mostly local/regional)

Assist with sowing, fertilising, and other crop production activities

Operate and maintain farm machinery (tractors, seeders, spreaders, etc.)

Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on heavy machinery

Keep plant equipment in good working order

Support seasonal farm activities and general farm upkeep

What We’re Looking For

HC and or willing to obtain MC truck licence (required)

Previous experience in farming, machinery operation, or rural transport

Basic mechanical knowledge and a practical mindset

Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Willingness to assist with general farm duties

Flexible and reliable, especially during busy seasons (sowing/harvest)

Forklift licence or ag machinery tickets are a bonus but not essential
