Company Overview:
We are a well-established fire protection company looking for a dedicated and adaptable MR Truck Driver & Factory Hand to join our team. This hybrid role offers a combination of driving and factory/manufacturing duties, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting materials and products between job sites, operating a forklift, assisting with factory tasks, and maintaining store and inventory areas. You’ll also liaise with various job sites and collaborate within a fast-paced team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

MR Truck Driving: Safely operate MR trucks to transport goods to and from job sites.

Forklift Operation: Load and unload materials using a forklift.

Factory/Manufacturing Assistance: Help with production, assembly, and manufacturing tasks as needed.

Store Maintenance & Inventory: Ensure cleanliness and proper stock management in store areas.

Phone & Communication: Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with team members and external job sites.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

Liaise with Job Sites: Communicate with multiple job sites to ensure deadlines and needs are met.

Skills & Experience Required:

MR Driver’s License (essential)

Forklift License (current and valid)

Factory/Manufacturing Experience (preferred)

Crane Ticket (desirable)

Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

Ability to navigate Adelaide CBD and surrounding suburbs efficiently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
