Position Profile: In collaboration with the Primary Health Manager East, provides Occupational Therapy services across the continuum of care and coordinates the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services and health promotion programs to the communities serviced by the Eastern Wheatbelt Primary Health Service.
The occupant of this position is required to demonstrate a positive commitment to modelling our organisational values, safety and quality improvement and the Code of Conduct in all aspects of their employment. Compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, standards and legislation including Confidentiality and Work Health and Safety policies is mandatory.
Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area. The organisation comprises seven regions, with a strong network of public hospitals, health services and health centres located across rural and remote Western Australia.
