About the Role:

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will:

Deliver person-centred, trauma-informed OT services to a range of NDIS clients.

Collaborate with Behaviour Support Practitioners, families, and support networks.

Supervise and mentor junior team members, with the opportunity to lead a small team.

Conduct functional assessments, develop reports, and contribute to NDIS planning.

Enjoy a hybrid working model with flexibility across office, home, and community settings.

About You:

Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Occupational Therapist in an NDIS capacity.

Strong understanding of NDIS and functional capacity building

Excellent communication and documentation skills

A collaborative mindset and passion for empowering others
