We’re currently partnering with a well-established residential builder based in Gold Coast, QLD renowned for delivering high-quality townhouse developments, luxury custom homes, and architecturally designed landed properties. With a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, they’re now looking to bring a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator on board.

Job Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and administer head and subcontractor agreements

Manage procurement and tendering processes for subcontractors and suppliers

Evaluate, negotiate, and maintain subcontractor and supplier agreements

Process variations, RFIs, extensions of time, and progress claims

Maintain accurate cost tracking, project budgets, and cash flow forecasts

Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Ensure all documentation aligns with company policies and contract compliance

Requirements:

2–4+ years of experience in contract administration within residential construction

Experience working on townhouses, luxury/custom homes, or landed housing projects

Solid understanding of construction contracts such as HIA, AS4000, or MBA

Strong commercial and contractual acumen

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
