This position sits within the Family, Youth and Children's Services team. Based across our Bairnsdale and Lakes Entrance locations, the Family, Youth and Children Services (FYCS) Unit provides services such as:

alcohol and drug
intake and assessment
emergency recovery support
counselling
homelessness support
integrated family services
maternal and child health
victim and perpetrator family violence programs
youth programs

About the role

The Family, Youth and Children’s Services Administration Officer plays a vital role in supporting the operational effectiveness and compliance of the team. This position demands exceptional organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include comprehensive administrative support, accurate data and records management, high-quality document preparation, and effective coordination of communication between internal team members and external stakeholders.
