They are now looking for a confident and capable EA / Office Manager to join their Sydney-based team. This is a key role that combines high-level executive support with smooth and efficient office management. You’ll be the go-to person across the business, trusted to keep things running seamlessly while also acting as a sounding board and support to senior leadership.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Providing high-level EA support to senior leaders – diary and email management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Overseeing office operations – from vendor liaison and facilities coordination to keeping things organised and running smoothly
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with expense reconciliation and basic accounts tasks
- Managing internal communications, team events, and culture initiatives
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and building management
- Supporting ad hoc projects and being that person who always sees what needs doing
Who is our ideal candidate?
You’re a switched-on EA or Office Manager with at least 3 years’ experience - Must be available to work from 9:30am - 5:30pm
You love being the glue that holds a team together – someone who leads with confidence, takes pride in being proactive, and communicates effortlessly across all levels of a business.
You’ll also bring:
- A calm and solutions-focused approach to managing competing priorities
- A natural ability to build rapport and maintain strong working relationships
- Confidence with Microsoft Office Suite – especially Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A high level of discretion and professionalism when supporting senior leaders
- A strong sense of ownership and pride in your work
