Join a well-established industrial business located on Brisbane's southside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented Finance Officer who thrives in a hands-on, down-to-earth environment and is ready to hit the ground running with a small, friendly team.

About The Role

This is a broad and busy role split between payroll and transactional finance responsibilities.

• End-to-end payroll processing for 40 staff
• Manage leave requests, STP reporting, superannuation, and payroll tax
• Collate payroll accrual data for the manager
• Daily bank reconciliations and allocations
• Raising purchase orders
• Supporting general accounts tasks as needed

The Details

• 6-Month Temporary Contract - with potential for permanency
• 38-hour week with flexible start between 7.00am to 8.30am
• Onsite parking provided
• Supportive, energetic manager who believes in keeping things simple and efficient

About You

You're a switched-on Finance Officer with:

• Experience processing payroll (preferably end-to-end)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with financial systems
• A proactive attitude and ability to manage your time without handholding
