Are you looking to build a career in the civil construction industry? We are a leading bitumen and asphalt company in the Northern Territory, and we're expanding our team! We’re seeking multiple experienced, motivated and reliable bitumen and asphalt labours/operators to join our awesome crew!

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing potholes and road defects using bitumen and asphalt materials

Operating and maintaining machinery and equipment

Ensuring work is completed to high safety and quality standards

Following safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environment

Able to work along side Asphalt paver

Working along side the ground operations crew for Bitumen sealing

What We’re Looking For:

White Card (Construction Induction Card) – Mandatory

C Class – Minimum requirement

HR license or higher- Highly Desirable

Experience working with Asphalt and Bitumen - Highly Desirable

Roller competency - Highly Desirable

Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions

A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Reliable, punctual, and a team player

Ability to work in remote locations

Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical check
