What We’re Looking For:
Qualified mechanic manager (Cert III or above)

Experience with general mechanical servicing & repairs.

Lead and manage a team of mechanics and apprentices, excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of vehicles,

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage inventory, workflow, and workshop scheduling.

Provide technical support and training to staff.

Previous experience in a smash repair environment is a plus
