This business supports a large and respected professional community across Australia and is now seeking a passionate and hands on Team Leader to join their Brisbane office.
Description
As Team Leader, you'll be responsible for coaching and developing a team of 10 customer service and admin professionals. You'll monitor daily performance, ensure SLAs and service standards are met, and collaborate closely with your interstate counterpart to ensure consistent processes and goals across both sites.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting team members in their day-to-day work
- Managing escalations and complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Driving service improvements and contributing to broader operational enhancements
- Overseeing onboarding, training, and continuous capability development
- Analysing service data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Profile
You are a confident and emotionally intelligent leader with a passion for coaching and team culture. You bring strong experience managing teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, improvement focused mindset.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience leading a customer service team
- A coaching style of leadership and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Strong problem solving and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with CRM or workflow systems and comfort with reporting/data tools
- Full Australian working rights
Job Offer
- Total package of $100,000 ($88,000 base + superannuation)
