About Furnished Properties
We manage short term rental properties for investors in Sydney. We enable property owners to participate in the shared economy boom by renting out their properties on the short-term rental market, generating over 50% higher returns than any other form of rental through our value-adding, end-to-end management service. This service includes furnishing, 24/7 guest management, check-in's/out's, housekeeping and maintenance, which ultimately creates unique experiences and a high level of comfort for our guests.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail to join our team. As our Guest Services Manager, you will be out and about meeting
people from around the world, helping guests stay in our homes, partnering with our marketing team on photoshoots, managing our portfolio of properties in Sydney and ensuring a 5 star customer experience. Your role will be central to the growth of the company. You will be a trusted support to the Directors, and you will be responsible for the smooth and effective operation of property set up, guest experience, client communications and administrative matters of the company.
Candidate requirements
You will need a driver’s licence and your own vehicle to perform the role.
Problem solving and thinking on the fly. The ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Time management - you will need to be punctual
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
Desire to join a growing start up with the passion to drive new ideas and deliver excellent results
Occasional weekend work on site or handling guest enquiries will be required. Weekend flexibility and availability is highly advantageous.
Background in Hospitality, Property Management or Real Estate would be a plus.
