About the role:

The Front Office Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of the Front Office department, ensuring the seamless delivery of service to over 500 guest rooms. Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, you will support the Rooms Division in driving service excellence, enhancing the guest journey, and upholding Four Seasons standards. Your focus will be on leading the team with purpose, creating flawless arrival and departure experiences, and working collaboratively across departments to ensure a smooth operation.

What you will do:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Front Office, handling high-volume arrivals and departures

Ensure each guest receives a personalised and memorable experience from check-in to check-out

Lead, train, motivate, and mentor the Front Office team, fostering a strong service culture

Manage guest concerns and apply effective problem-solving to deliver positive outcomes

Support revenue generation through upselling and assist in controlling departmental costs

Review daily arrivals, ensuring exceptional handling of VIPs, return guests, and group business

Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

What you bring:

Previous leadership experience within the Rooms Division of a luxury, high-volume hotel

A guest-first mindset with a deep passion for delivering exceptional hospitality

Professional maturity, resilience, and the ability to adapt to dynamic situations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A sharp eye for detail, luxury service awareness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to prioritise, organise, and delegate effectively in a fast-paced environment
