Ahotels, a boutique hotel chain, is looking for a Full-Time Guest Service Agent for our 57 Hotel in Surry Hills. We are recruiting a person who will be available to work on a rotating roster and will be available to work Monday - Sunday.

As passionate owner-operators, we're looking for someone with the right "can-do" attitude who is eager to grow with us.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Welcome our guests at check-in, cross referencing reservations details and farewell guests at checkout;

· Attend to incoming calls by answering queries, and providing outstanding guest service;

· Ensure all guest requests are accurately actioned with prompt follow through;

· Create innovative ways to up sell additional services to our guests;

· Take personal responsibility to ensure that all inquiries are addressed;

· Enter all necessary data in the computer system and be able to balance at the end of a shift.

In order to maintain these responsibilities the successful applicant must have:

· Previous experience in front office or reservations in a similar environment of a boutique 100 key hotel;

· Knowledge of Room Master Property Management System would be highly advantageous;

· Be honest, reliable, trustworthy and punctual;

· Be able to work independently and within a team environment;

· Ability to work to tight deadlines and keep cool under pressure;

· Excellent attention to detail;

· Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize;

· Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel and Outlook);

· Availability to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays;

· Exceptional customer service with internal and external guests;

· Excellent grooming and professional presentation at all times;
