ROLE
Sure, you will be responsible for fixing stuff it is breaks but the role is not purely a responsive one when repairs are needed, it also combines a QA function and training & development of site teams to support them deliver high quality buildings that require minimal work on the back end before (or during) occupancy.
You will also report into the Senior Leadership Team on both Development and Construction sides on areas where you can positively impact the design, methodology and delivery to improve efficiencies and handover/OC process.

YOU
Residential apartment experience in recent years & fully across DPB Act.
Strong background in project delivery as Foreman, SM, PE or PM.
Great stakeholder engagement – subby, consultants & site teams.
Sleeves up, people focused ‘do-er’ with high energy & resilience.
