We are needing a company accountant to manage the following tasks

Daily bookkeeping

• Accounts payable entry
• Accounts payable statement reconciliations
• Bank and credit card transaction entry
• Bank and credit card reconciliation
• Accounts receivable invoices
• Accounts receivable cash receipts entry
• Accounts receivable follow-up
• Making payments to suppliers

GST / Sales Tax

• Prepare GST / Sales Tax Statements

Monthly financial statements

• End of month reconciliations
• End of month journals
• Closing and opening accounting periods
• Reconciled Balance Sheet
• Monthly Financial Statements by 10th of following month.

Cash controlling

• Suggesting payments
• Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
