About the role
As part of an incredible international team who will support, mentor and guide you to ensure your success, you’ll play a key role in ensuring health and safety standards are met and continuously improved. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing contractor HSEQ documentation and processes to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
• Researching and evolving health and safety review protocols in response to changes
• Conducting desktop audits of health and safety programs and other HSE-related documentation
• Coordinating initiatives, contributing to innovation and operational excellence
• Providing expert guidance on health and safety matters
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement, bringing forward ideas that enhance efficiency and safety.
• Reporting any security-related concerns or incidents, helping maintain a secure and compliant workplace.

Skills and experience
You are someone who can apply a human-cantered mindset to foster collaboration and build strong relationships along with having:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, EPA guidelines and ISO/Management Systems frameworks
• Well-versed in environmental, health and safety compliance
• Strong communication style, with ongoing training & support you will become the expert
• Comfortable navigating platforms and performing data-driven tasks
• Ambitious, this will take your Health & Safety career to new levels
