The opportunity:

We’re seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our Truganina facility. This is a permanent role, working Monday to Wednesday from 6am – 6pm, based on a 34 hour week. As a Machine Operator at Visy, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery as part of a small collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain industrial machinery across the production line
• Adjust machine settings to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Monitor machine performance and resolve any operational issues
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and meet deadlines

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving skills
• Previous experience with machinery, mechanical systems, or manufacturing environments
• Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
• Good communication skills and a team player
