Purpose build in 2020 with modern, new equipment and fixtures, on a spacious block with large lawns and heaps of parking. Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality nursing care to a wide variety of animals

Assist veterinarians in consulting, medical and surgical procedures

Administer medications and treatments as directed

Monitor anesthesia and assist during surgical procedures

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Educate and support pet owners on pre and post-operative care, nutrition, and general health

Assist with cleaning and reception duties, including booking appointments and handling client enquiries (if required)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

A positive, reliable and dedicated individual with a Minimum Certificate IV qualification and a continued commitment to personal growth.

Minimum two years' experience in as a Veterinary Nurse

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well both as a team and individually

Confident and Competent in anaesthesia monitoring

Strong animal handling and restraint skills

A commitment for delivering exceptional patient care and client communication

Ability to work in a fast-paced and emotionally demanding environment

Experience with Ezyvet and IDEXX Machines is highly desirable
