Studio Republic is on the hunt for an emotionally intelligent, value-led Appointment Setter to join our remote team.

We’re not your average photography studio. Since 2009, Studio Republic has helped over 15,000 people reclaim their confidence through transformational empowerment photo sessions.

This role is remote, contract, commission based, and ideal for someone who:

Loves connecting with people in meaningful conversations and holding space

Has a calm, grounded phone presence

Believes in self-worth over selfies

Has 20+ hours a week minimum to dedicate to purpose-driven sales work

Wants the flexibility to work from anywhere in Australia

What you'll actually be doing:
You’ll be speaking with hot leads (no cold calls!) who’ve applied to receive one of our Empowerment Session giveaways. Your job? Genuinely connect, qualify, and guide them to book in their session by securing a fully refundable deposit.

Pay Structure:
This is a commission-only role, and commissions are paid monthly.
You’ll earn 7% on net sales as a contract worker.

Most part-time team members working 20+ hours a week earn around $1,000/week, though this will vary depending on individual performance and availability.

No sugar-coating: this role requires self-leadership, emotional intelligence, and heart. You’ll be the first voice someone hears as they step into a life-changing experience.

Requirements:

Must have sales experience

Your own laptop, phone, and fast internet

A quiet, tidy space to take calls

Minimum 20 hours/week availability (hours flexible between 8am–8pm AEST)

Confidence holding space for emotionally sensitive conversations is a must - many of our clients are stepping outside their comfort zone when they speak with us.
