About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. You’ll be operating CNC machines to produce precision aluminium components for our window and door products. Your job will be to set up machines, follow drawings, keep production on track, and make sure everything meets our quality and safety standards.

What You’ll Do

Operate CNC machinery to cut, drill, and shape aluminium profiles.

Read and follow technical drawings to make accurate parts.

Set up and adjust machines for different jobs.

Check your work to make sure it meets specifications.

Keep machines clean and well‑maintained.

Record production details and complete job paperwork.

Help out in other areas of the factory when needed.

What We’re Looking For

Experience operating CNC machines (aluminium experience preferred).

Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

Good mechanical skills and problem‑solving ability.

Attention to detail and pride in your work.

Commitment to safe work practices.

Team player who can work in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Driver’s Licence.

White Card (construction safety).

Trade qualification in metal fabrication (desirable but not essential).
