Join a growing restoration business that takes pride in delivering professional and responsive services across Mackay and the surrounding areas. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable, and self-motivated Restoration Technician to join our team.

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
📍 Location: Mackay and surrounds
🚗 Vehicle: Company vehicle provided

What You’ll Be Doing

Attending water, mould, fire, and storm damage restoration jobs

Using drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters

Performing site clean-ups, moisture checks, and minor demolition tasks

Liaising with customers, insurance reps, and internal teams

Completing job documentation via phone or tablet

Participating in on-call rotation (some after-hours work required)

What We’re Looking For

Previous restoration, trade, or construction experience (preferred)

A positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Willingness to be flexible – some days may be quieter depending on job volume
