Your Role

This is a hands-on position suited to a highly motivated person. We require an experienced technician with strong restoration reporting and job delivery track record. You’ll respond to water, mould, and fire damage claims, apply IICRC-standard remediation techniques, and liaise professionally with clients and insurers throughout the restoration process.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend restoration jobs promptly and perform assessments and reporting on-site.

Implement water extraction, drying, mould remediation, and fire damage mitigation.

Operate and maintain drying and restoration equipment.

Accurately document moisture readings, job photos, and daily progress reports.

Maintain a strong safety mindset and uphold industry standards.

Meet KPIs related to job quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction (with bonus potential).

What We’re Looking For

IICRC Certification (WRT, AMRT, FSRT or equivalent).

Minimum 2-3 years’ restoration experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Physically fit, reliable, and self-motivated.

Full Australian driver’s licence.

Based in or near Logan, QLD.
