About the role:

You’ll be responsible for supporting the overall presentation and cleanliness of our 21-room boutique lodge and five-bedroom house, The Residence.

Key duties include:

Daily housekeeping tasks, including room changeovers and services

Deep cleaning tasks as needed (e.g. spring cleans, blinds, fans, skirting etc.)

Maintaining public areas, including reception, guest lounge, laundry and outdoor pathways

Reporting any maintenance needs or breakages to management promptly

Following established systems to ensure consistency, efficiency and a high standard of work

Taking pride in the spaces our guests call home during their stay

Shifts are typically between 9am and 2.30pm, with this role requiring two to three shifts per week across weekdays and weekends, noting exceptions may be required due to occupancy and seasonal periods.

We’re looking for someone who is available to start immediately, but happy to wait for the right candidate.

Who we’re looking for:

A positive, friendly team player who brings great energy to the day

Someone who’s well-presented, reliable, hard-working, and takes genuine pride in their work

Great with following instructions, detail-oriented, and happy to work independently or alongside others

Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person (if this is you, be sure to tell us why you'd like to get into housekeeping)

Must have a driver’s license and reliable transport

Must have full working rights in Australia
