At BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park in Kiama, we've been creating memorable holiday experiences for over 85 years. As a family owned and operated business we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service in a beautiful coastal location. We are currently looking for a Casual Housekeeper to join our dedicated team and help maintain our high standards of cleanliness across our busy 500 site park.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Detailing - Take pride in cleaning and maintaining guest accommodations and park facilities

High Standards - Ensure all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently, thoroughly and to high company standards.

Customer Focused - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests, ensuring excellent service and a positive experience.

Health & Safety - Adhere to Work Health and Safety procedures and follow safe work practices.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience - Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential - we will provide all the training you need.

Drivers Licence is a must - Own reliable transportation required as public transport options are limited in the area.

Communication - Strong verbal and written communication skills.

PPE Ready - Willingness to wear PPE and a face mask when required to maintain safety standards.

Physical Capabilities - Must be able to lift up to 15kg, bend, reach and stand for extended periods of time.

Personal Attributes - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic. High attention to detail taking pride in your work. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual. A supportive team player who thrives under pressure.

Work Schedule:

Flexible Shifts with Strong Availability over School Holidays: The position offers varied shifts throughout the week, providing flexibility for employees. However, strong availability during school holidays is essential, ensuring consistent work during peak times.

The number of shifts per week varies, with 3 shifts mid-year and 5-6 shifts from September to April, offering up to 35 hours per week during busy periods. Shifts could start as early as 7:00am and finishing no later than 6:30pm.
