About the role

We are seeking experienced Flooring Installers to join our team at Geelong Flooring Xtra'. This full-time role is based in Geelong, VIC 3220. You will be responsible for the installation of a wide range of flooring products, We are looking for installers in the following fields. Carpet, Engineered & Solid timber, laminate and vinyl. Including Floor sanding and Polishing

What you'll be doing

Professionally install flooring materials to the highest standards

Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner

Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Assist with inventory management and material ordering as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Flooring Installer/Finisher

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision

Good communication and customer service skills

Physically fit and able to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials

A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn

A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
