Are you an experienced installer looking for stability, quality workmanship, and a supportive local team?
Peninsula Curtains & Blinds is the region’s market leader in custom window furnishings, we are looking for a skilled and personable Curtain, Blind & Awning Installer to join our close-knit, professional team. We are experiencing strong demand and growth and looking for an installer with great customer service and gret technical skills to be with us for many years.
We are a proudly family-owned business with over 45 years of experience transforming homes across the Mornington Peninsula and Bayside areas.
About the Role
This is a full-time, employee position.
Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
Installing curtains, blinds, awnings, tracks, and associated window furnishings in customer homes
Measuring windows and advising on the right fitting solutions (note: this is not a sales role)
Performing basic blind repairs when required
Troubleshooting on-site installation issues to ensure a smooth, professional finish
Providing excellent customer service and representing our brand with care
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm
Part-time may be considered for the right candidate (salary pro-rated)

About You
You’re a practical, confident installer with a professional and friendly approach. You’ll also have:
Minimum 2 years' experience in curtain, blind and/or awning installation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good physical fitness and confidence working on ladders
High attention to detail
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Valid driver’s licence (essential)
Ability to lift, carry, and handle products safely
Experience with motorised blinds or basic blind repairs (advantageous)
Police Check and Working with Children Check will be required after commencement.
