Are you a creatively driven Interior Designer with a passion for building purpose-led workspaces? We’re seeking an experienced design professional to join a leading commercial fit-out firm known for its craftsmanship, innovation, and collaborative spirit. With a strong foundation in workplace strategy and an emphasis on human-centered environments, this role offers the chance to shape interiors that make people feel and work better.

Key Responsibilities

Lead design on small-scale projects with support from senior team members

Develop and present design concepts aligned with client goals and brand identity

Create mood boards, material palettes, and presentation packages using Adobe Suite, Revit, and Enscape

Produce comprehensive documentation including floor plans, elevations, FF&E specifications, and finishes schedules

Prepare test fit layouts in response to client briefs

Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to uphold design integrity

Conduct ongoing product research and stay ahead of workplace design trends

Participate in site visits, client meetings, and ensure quality delivery

Maintain awareness of local building codes, accessibility, and sustainability guidelines

Skills and Experience

Relevant tertiary qualification

Working at a level equivalent to 5–8 years experience, specifically within the commercial and workplace sectors

Familiarity with design and construction processes is a plus

Ability to manage projects end-to-end—from concept pitch to delivery

Skilled collaborator and communicator with consultants and clients

Strong proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite

Detail-oriented with exceptional space planning and presentation capabilities
