A growing design and delivery studio is on the lookout for a talented Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join their Sydney team. Specialising in commercial fitouts and workplace environments, this role offers the opportunity to work across high-impact projects from concept to completion within a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

The Role
This is a hands-on position where you’ll lead the design on commercial interior projects - bringing creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical ability. From early concept development through to detailed documentation and delivery, you’ll be involved in every stage, working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction for commercial fitout and workplace projects
• Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and material selections
• Prepare documentation packages for construction and council submissions
• Coordinate with internal project managers and external consultants
• Present ideas confidently to clients and guide them through the design process
• Mentor and support junior team members

About You

• 5–8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or workplace fitouts
• Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
• Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for high-quality, thoughtful design
