As an Administration Officer at BUSHkids Maroochydore you will play a key role in supporting our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) service. As an NDIS partner, this service supports children (up to the age of 6 years showing signs of a developmental delay or up to the age of 9 years with a disability) and their families living in your region.
Our Maroochydore team consists of Early Intervention Facilitators, Allied Health Clinicians (Speech, OT's, Physiotherapists), Social Workers all working collaboratively under the guidance of our leadership and service management team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our administration team ensuring the smooth operation of our service, creating a highly organised and supportive environment.
You will be responsible for managing data records of client service provision, respond and process referrals, minute taking/creating agendas, support with outreach co-ordination, resource support and co-ordination for therapy sessions and coordinate clinician appointments where required to name a few. As part of our administration team you will also manage reception duties, greet clients and visitors, and answer incoming calls, email inbox management as well as general office supply management. You will have a service delivery mindset working collaboratively within the team to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies along with service improvements.

About You
Previous experience in an administrative role (healthcare administration is a plus)
Strong administration and organisational skills with a high attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to handle sensitive information and ensure confidentiality
Proactive team player with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
Adaptable and flexible in nature with excellent interpersonal skills
Alignment with BUSHkids core values – Child-Focused and Family Centred, Collaborative and Accountable
Valid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
Current C Class Drivers' License
Evidence of Hepatitis B Vaccination status
