IP Recruitment are looking for an experienced Assistant Quality Monitor to work with one of our clients located in Hazelmere. Our client, a family owned and operated beef and lamb processing company are offering a great opportunity for someone to expand on the skills working in a faced paces boning room that supplies both the local and overseas markets. The successful applicant will need to be capable of completing the below tasks.

Temperature monitoring

Monitoring processes in the boning room, chillers and freezers and ensure compliance to export meat standards

Some cleaning duties.

General hygiene monitoring.

Meat hygiene assessments.

As well as having the skills to complete the above all applicants will need to meet the following criteria.

Be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia

Have the ability to work Monday - Friday and start at 5am

Excellent written and spoken English

Have your own reliable transport

HACCP/Meat industry knowledge is an advantage
